(nothing related to the picture) You may have heard this not once, But many many times already. Olevel Results, waiting people around Singapore, have been telling each other the same thing. "We miss School." And yes, Im sadly, One of them too. I saw this girl on the Mrt just now. The girl, just infront of me. Reading her storybook. Carrying her bagpack, which looks extra heavy. Her hair all pinned up, trying to make it all neat, but sadly, still messy. I miss being Nerdy, and I miss Bus Drivers, or TaxiUncles, or even Aunties who mistook me as a Secondary1 kid and I miss Louise, who use to stalk me after School. I miss 4e9, and most importantly, I miss SIVA RAJU. Two more Days, and I'll be back to school. Not in my Nerdy Uniform though. Will be expecting to see lotsa changes from my mates. New haircut, Dyed hair and blah. I feel.. somewhat, E.X.C.I.T.E.D.
Mum and I talked a little deeper today. We discussed about Dad and he's rules in the house. Talked about things that Ive been struggling with. Not at work, not in church, but something else. Mum really understands. Tried pulling pastor into the conversation, then slowly to the Christianity part. Haha. Spending quite alot of time with Mummy lately and I feel good about it. I wanted to spend time with Dad just now, but after bringing supper home for me, he went off to have dinner with he's friends outside. And Im gna wait for him to return home (: My Daddy is a good Daddy. When he heard me sneezed in the middle of the night, he got up, and made me a cup of hot lemsip. Told him that I was alright, but he insisted. How sweet, I was super touched. The bookmark I bought for him last month, I haven't had the opportunity to give him yet. And the affirming words that Jocelyn asked to tell our Dads, Ive haven't done it either. Since Daddy is so nice, I should pour out my guts, and give it all, tell him everything. Tell him I love him. GOODNESS. SO MUSHY! goosebumps goosebumps goosebumps. Family is one of the greatest thing God has given us.
Alrights. So I went to trim my hair a little. Give it a little shape. Went to Jean-Yip with Mummy and Kim. Kim's new hair is nice. I like. Ive decided to let my hair grow, long long long, and then snip it short after. Yay. Mum likes the Idea! And I got back my Green Heels. Yipeedoo!
Adam asked me. "Gladys, why are you so happy? Are you in love?" Gladys has to be cheerful, if not, shes not called Gladys. Well said.
No plans tomorrow. Tuck ask me to go down to see them train soccer, for this Sunday's match. But I'll have to wake up at 11, which is extremely early. I guess I'll go later then.
